The Scottish Parliamentary Standards Commissioner is an independent investigator of complaints that Members of the Scottish Parliament (MSPs) have broken their Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct gives guidance to MSPs on how to carry out their Parliamentary duties.
The Commissioner is committed to ensuring that the complaints procedure is as accessible as possible. Please contact the Commissioner if you have any specific requirements (for example, if you need correspondence from the Commissioner to be provided in a specific format, such as Braille or large print).

- My annual report for 2007-2008 (my last annual report) was laid before Parliament on 1 October 2008. A link to the annual report is available on the "Publications" page of this website. I issued a press release along with the annual report, drawing attention to matters of particular interest. This is also available via the "Publications" page."
